Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please note that processing times may increase during holidays, sales events, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
KTA Creations is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
If you need assistance locating your package, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address].
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution.

At this time, KTA Creations primarily ships within the United States.
International shipping availability may vary and will be displayed at checkout when available.
